It's an interesting point you make though. I'm looking at two remote controls now. The LG DVD one has the same round buttons all over, bar the play and skip; whereas my Samsung one has a textured '5' for finding the numbers and the volume and channel buttons have Braille next to them, but that's probably in the minority. At the end of the day, it is usually a case of either function or form. In the best instances, like the Dyson the two can be linked, but there is usually a trade-off one one.
