		<description>Great post. Must have taken a while! I like the going above the call of duty to fix/correct an unexpected problem, works in all different situations. So at the moments you do the HTML and CSS without server-side code? Thats the route I have gone and just taught myself ASP classic (when it was popular!), chucked myself in at the deepend and creates a social network http://www.u-cast.co.uk (it looks fairly crappy at the moment). Now I am onto loooooads of languages.

As for cummunicating yourself and brands there is one person i think everyone should check out: Gary Vaynerchuck from http://tv.winelibrary.com and http://garyvaynerchuk.com/
